Human secreted Programmed Cell Death 1(PD-1)-Fc fusion protein, also known asCD279, PDCD1, and SLEB2, GenBankAccession No. NM_014143, amino acids25-167 with an I126A mutation, fused at theC-terminus with the Fc portion of humanIgG1, and C-terminal AviTag™, expressedin a HEK293 cell expression system andenzymatically biotin-labeled using AviTag™technology.
