CHO-K1 cells expressing human delta like canonical Notch ligａnd 3 (DLL3) gene (accession number NM_016941.3) under the control of the cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter. This cell line was generated by lentiviral transduction followed by puromycin selection and limited dilution. Individual clones were screened based on DLL3 expression to obtain this high-expressing cell line.
