Protein tyrosine phosphatase nonreceptor, type 1 (PTP1B, also known as PTPN1), full length encompassing amino acids 1-435 (end). This construct contains an N-terminal GST-tag, linked to the protein via a short peptide corresponding to a thrombin cleavage site. The recombinant protein was affinity purified and tested for activity.
