Complex of ELOB (Elongin-B), ELOC (Elongin-C) and VHL (von Hippel-Lindau disease tumor suppressor), expressed individually and affinity purified as a complex.

Recombinant human ELOB, full length encompassing amino acids 2-118 (end). This construct contains an N-terminal FLAG-tag.
Recombinant human ELOC, full length encompassing amino acids 2-112 (end). This construct contains an N-terminal His-tag (6xHis).
