Description

Recombinant human PDE3B (phosphodiesterase 3B), encompassing amino acids 592-1112(end). This construct contains an N-terminal GST-tag. A short peptide linker placed between GST and the protein includes a Thrombin Cleavage Site to facilitate removal of the GST portion. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
