Description

Recombinant human PARP1 (poly (Ais DP-ribose) polymerase 1), full length, encompassing amino acids 2-1014(end). This construct contains an N-terminal GST-tag. A short peptide linker placed between GST and the protein includes a Thrombin Cleavage Site to facilitate removal of the GST portion. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
