Recombinant human SUV39H2 (Histone-lysine N-methyltransferase SUV39H2), encompassing amino acids 26-350(end). This construct contains an N-terminal GST-tag and includes a thrombin cleavage site to facilitate removal of the GST portion. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
