Recombinant human PDHK1 (pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase 1), full length, encompassing amino acids 2-436(end). This construct contains an N-terminal GST-tag followed by a Thrombin Cleavage Site to facilitate the removal of the GST portion. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
