Description

Recombinant human IKKβ (inhibitor of nuclear factor kappa B kinase subunit beta), full length encompassing amino acids 2-756 (end). This construct contains an N-terminal GST-tag. A short peptide linker placed between GST and the protein includes a PreScission Protease Cleavage Site to facilitate removal of the GST portion. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
