Description

Complex of CDK16 (cyclin dependent kinase 16) and cyclin Y (CCNY).
Recombinant human CDK16, encompassing amino acids 107-496 (end), contains an N-terminal GST-tag. Recombinant human Cyclin Y, full length encompassing amino acids 2-341 (end), also contains an N-terminal GST-tag. The two proteins were co-expressed in Sf9 insect cells and spontaneously formed a complex, which was affinity purified.
