Monkey Signal regulatory protein-alpha (SIRP-α), also known as Tyrosine-protein phosphatase non-receptor type substrate 1, CD172a, Bit, and MyD-1, GenBank Accession No. NM_001284750, a.a. 31-370, with C-terminal Avi-His-tag, expressed in a HEK293 expression system. MW=42 kDa. The protein is enzymatically biotinylated using AviTag™ technology. This protein is heavily glycosylated, resulting in apparent higher molecular weight.
