Recombinant human CD28H (CD28 homolog), also known as TMIGD2 (Transmembrane and immunoglobulin domain-containing protein 2), encompassing amino acids 23-128. The C-terminus of this construct is fused with the Fc fragment of a human IgG1 followed by an Avi-Tag™. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
