Description

Recombinant human LSD1 (lysine demethylase 1A) encompassing amino acids 158-852 (end). In this construct the N-terminal end of the protein is fused with GST. A short peptide linker placed between GST and the protein includes a PreScission Protease Cleavage Site to facilitate removal of the GST portion. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
