Recombinant human KDM4DL (lysine demethylase 4E), encompassing amino acids 2–337. In this construct the N-terminal end of KDM4DL is fused with GST. A short peptide linker placed between GST and the protein includes a thrombin site to facilitate removal of the GST portion. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
