Human CD123, also known as interleukin-3 receptor, and IL3RA, with C-terminal Avi-Tag™ fused to the Fc region of Human IgG1. GenBank Accession No. NM_002183, a.a. 20-305, expressed in a HEK293 cell expression system and enzymatically biotin-labeled using Avi-tag™ technology. MW = 62 kDa. This protein runs at a higher MW by SDS-PAGE due to glycosylation.
