Description

Recombinant human BRPF3 (bromodomain and PHD finger containing 3), encompassing amino acids 576–701. In this construct the N-terminal end of BRPF3 is fused with GST. A short peptide linker placed between GST and the protein includes a PreScission Protease Cleavage Site to facilitate removal of the GST portion. The recombinant protein was affinity purified.
