Description

Recombinant human p53 (Cellular tumor antigen p53), full length, encompassing amino acids 2-393(end). This construct contains an N-terminal GST-tag followed by a an optimal TEV protease target sequence that allows cleavage of GST (TEV: tobacco etch virus cysteine protease BPS Bioscience #50308).
