Description

Complex of NLRP3 and NEK7 proteins. The two proteins were co-expressed and affinity purified.

Recombinant human NLRP3 (NLR family pyrin domain containing 3), encompassing amino acids 134-1036 (end). The construct does not contain the pyrin domain (also called DAPIN domain or PYD), which is involved in PYCARD binding. It contains an N-terminal FLAG-tag followed by an Avi-Tag™.

Recombinant human NEK7 (NIMA related kinase 7), encompassing amino acids 2-302 (end). This construct contains an N-terminal His-tag (7xHis).
