Description

Recombinant human complex of FcRn also known as Neonatal Fc receptor, heterodimer of FCGRT (Fc Fragment of IgG Receptor and Transporter), encompassing amino acid (24-297) and B2M (beta 2 microglobulin), encompassing amino acids 21-119, respectively. FCGRT has a C-terminal His-tag (10xHis). These recombinant proteins are co-expressed in a HEK293 expression system and affinity purified.
