Description

Mouse FcRn also known as Neonatal Fc receptor is a heterodimer of FCGRT (Fc Fragment of IgG Receptor and Transporter) and B2M (beta 2 microglobulin), GenBank Accession numbers NM_010189 and NM_009735; a.a. 22-297 and a.a. 1-119 respectively. FCGRT has a C-terminal His-Avi-tag. These proteins are co-expressed in a HEK293 expression system. FcRn MW = 34 kDa. B2M MW=14 kDa.
